Bring Me The Horizon with Sleeping With Sirens - The Threesome Tour - Viejas Arena, San Diego

I have to say thank you to Bring Me The Horizon and Sleeping with Sirens for allowing me to come out and capture The Threesome Tour. I had an absolute blast at the show and loved the performances! I didn't get to photograph Poppy's set, but I was able to watch them play and I must say, I loved hearing them live! Such a cool experience!

Behind the Scenes

During my time at Viejas Arena I decided to make a behind the scenes vlog to show you all what it is like to photograph an arena show. I wanted to make a tutorial to show you the process from getting your passes to getting escorted to the floor, and so on. Enjoy.

Sleeping With Sirens

I love watching this band perform. From Kellin's mic swings to Nicks expressive moves, you're guaranteed to have a good time. This was the first time I've seen them without Gabe, but they picked a fantastic drummer to have out on the road with them, Matty Best. You may know him from his time playing for Tonight Alive.

These photos were shot on a Sony A7Sii with a Rokinon 35mm manual lens. I love how crisp the focus is with this lens.

The way the smoke was surrounding Kellin made this shot look so cool! I love atmosphere!

Look at how expressive Nick is! Right?!

Bring Me The Horizon

I've seen Bring Me The Horizon many times, but this was my first time getting to capture their show and I'm so glad I got to capture them at their current level of success, because, holy shit, their stage show is so sick! They've got an amazing group of dancers with them that truly add to the dynamic of their show. I love that more artists are bringing dancers out with them on the road. More of this, please.

I highly recommend that you make the trip to see these bands live. Live music is so special and I'm so grateful to everyone who has given me the opportunity to photograph or film their band play live. There's nothing like watching the show while creating content, because it makes you feel like you're a part of something special that will only happen for one night in your city. Concerts are fleeting and I wish more people would go out and experience them.
